Preparation work

Before coming, you will be kindly asked to put your thoughts in writing, and to do so, an email will be sent to you asking specific questions: What do you really want in your life? How could your life be changed? What do you want to change? Etc.

Writing will allow you to clarify your situation. When things are written down, your mind sees them differently, in a clearer and more concrete way, which allows you to find solutions faster and help you change your life with greater ease.

Depending on each individual, different techniques will be used, whether it is hypnotherapy or modern techniques - such as NLP, EMDR, EFT, PHM - developed in recent decades in parallel with the advances in neuroscience (cf. Hypnotherapy / Other techniques.)














What happens during the 1st session?

After discussing for about 30 minutes (or more if necessary) - with a cup of tea, coffee or herbal tea - we will work on the main emotions thanks to NLP (cf. Techniques), and we will also implement your goal. Depending on each person's individual case, other techniques may also be used such as EMDR or EFT / Tapping (see Techniques).

Then will come the time to lie down and relax deeply in order to have a taste hypnosis as such, an experience of pure relaxation, where you are there without being there,  floating pleasantly in an ocean of serenity, an ocean of possibilities… It is during this phase where the conscious gives way to the subconscious that we can implant your suggestions in order to change your life. When you come back to reality, you may be ready to continue the nap at home ... Or to make changes!

And the amazing thing is that even though you are working on a specific issue, in parallel, other events are changing in other areas of your life.

And what happens in the following sessions?

Again, discussion of about 30 minutes (or more if necessary) -with a cup of tea, coffee or herbal tea- then other NLP exercises and a different hypnosis protocol. The second part of each session is devoted to hypnosis, where your affirmations/suggestions will be communicated to your subconscious, in a context of deep relaxation so that you leave calm and relaxed.

Upon awakening, a short debriefing will take place - short, because you will feel so relaxed that often you will just want to go home, in order to continue to enjoy the benefits of the session!

Keep in mind, though, that with each session, thanks to the work you will be doing on yourself, your neurological patterns, habits, behaviours and beliefs will be changing, even if you find the whole process quite relaxing.





A typical treatment plan might look like this:

  • 1st session: listening to you and understanding your issue, main emotional traumas erased and goal implanted with NLP techniques, 1st taste of hypnosis, neurological reprogramming.

  • 2nd session: goal re-implanted with NLP techniques, neurological reprogramming, implantation of your suggestions with hypnosis, deep relaxation

  • 3rd session: neurological reprogramming, ​​implantation of your suggestions with hypnosis, deep relaxation

During each session, negative emotions and traumas will be treated, thus modifying your neurological patterns. Your habits, behaviours and convictions will be “trance-formed”, and your goal will be implanted thanks to NLP. 

In order to get better results, it would be best to do a minimum of 3 consecutive sessions over a period of 3 weeks to 3 months, since studies show that it takes about 3 weeks for the brain to change a neurological pattern and 3 months to change a habit.

Of course, it will be according to your own pace and how you feel - whether you want to do several sessions in a row over several weeks, or one every two weeks, or even one per month.

These brief therapies are quick and effective, and usually it only takes a few sessions, or sometimes even a single session, for "something" to happen. However, it is impossible to predict how each person will react. You may need only one session to address a specific problem, just as you may need several. For some, the change is immediate and a single session is sufficient to work on a specific issue; for some others, even if some effects are felt after the 1st session, it may be after a few sessions only, and after several weeks or months later, that the implanted suggestions will be fully integrated and that the changes will take place.

Whatever approach you take to surf this wave of transformation, it will be the right one for you.

Yet, no matter what, be it after the 1st session or later, a profound change always takes place. And when you change deeply, things start falling into place: opportunities, people, events, circumstances ... Also what is amazing is that although you may be working on a particular subject, other events will start to align in other areas of your life.
